What rooms are included?

Each Calm Room Edit is based on a pre-designed room concept as shown in our Ambience collection. You select the specific Calm Room design you would like applied to your space. The Edit is then adapted to your room's exact dimensions and layout.

Each purchase covers one contained room. Additional rooms can be added as an optional extra.

What is the timeline?

Your completed design pack is delivered within 10–14 working days of receiving your submission. The timeline begins once your room details and photographs have been submitted.

Do you offer calls?

No. The Calm Room Edit is delivered entirely asynchronously. There are no calls or video consultations included. The process is structured around your submission and the design pack delivery.

Are revisions included?

One complete Edit is included in the base price. A minor layout amendment is available as an optional add-on (£65). Multiple revision rounds are not included unless purchased separately.

What measurements are required?

Overall room length, width, and ceiling height in centimetres. Door positions and widths, window positions and widths, and notes on alcoves, chimney breasts, or unusual features. Accurate measurements ensure the layouts are scaled correctly.

What is not included?

Structural alterations, contractor or builder drawings, calls or ongoing consultation, multiple revision rounds, or full-service interior design. The Edit is a digital plan for independent implementation.

What is your refund policy?

Once your submission has been received and work has begun, refunds are not available. If you have concerns before purchasing, please review the FAQs or reach out to the main studio.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The Calm Room Edit is delivered entirely online. As long as you can provide accurate measurements in centimetres and clear photographs, location is not a barrier. The shopping list may reference UK retailers; international clients can source equivalents locally.
