A little housekeeping

These terms set out how Sunday Ambience Studio works — for anyone browsing, shopping, or using our site. By visiting or placing an order, you're agreeing to what's written here. Sunday Ambience Studio is operated by Rachel Hannah, based in the United Kingdom.

Using Sunday Ambience

We ask that you use our store and its content for lawful purposes only. That means please don't:

• Break any applicable laws while using our site
• Send or upload anything harmful or malicious
• Attempt to access any part of the site you're not supposed to
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs, content, or products beyond what your licence permits

Printed products

Our stationery — business cards, packaging inserts, planners, and everything else in our collections — is fulfilled through our partner platforms, including Zazzle. When you place an order through one of these platforms, their terms, shipping policies, returns process, and privacy policy will apply. Sunday Ambience creates and owns the designs; our partners handle the printing and fulfilment on your behalf.

Your order

Where personalisation is involved, we confirm your details before anything goes to print. Delivery timescales and any returns information are shown clearly at checkout. If something arrives that isn't quite right, please get in touch — we'll always do our best to sort things out fairly and without any fuss.

Web design services

Payment

The standard five-page website package is priced from £895. Add-ons are quoted and confirmed separately prior to the project start. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your start date. The remaining balance is due prior to your site going live. We do not begin any build work until the deposit has been received.

What you are responsible for supplying

All written copy, images, brand assets, and any downloadable files (such as ebooks or PDFs) must be supplied by you via The Studio Desk before the build begins. We are not responsible for proofreading, fact-checking, or sourcing content on your behalf. Delays caused by late content submission may affect your agreed launch timeline.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the package price. A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted through The Studio Desk. Additional revision rounds requested beyond this are chargeable at our current hourly rate, confirmed in writing before work begins.

Project timeline

Timelines are agreed at the start of each project and are subject to your content being submitted on time. We take on one website project per month and cannot guarantee availability for projects that are delayed due to outstanding client content. If a project is paused for more than four weeks due to outstanding client content, we reserve the right to reschedule to the next available slot.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel after the deposit has been paid but before the build has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the build has begun, you will be invoiced for any work completed to that point.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the completed website design passes to you. We retain the right to display the finished website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party platforms

Our web design service uses third-party platforms and integrations (such as Squarespace, Showit, Mailchimp, or Kit depending on your project). We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform pricing, features, or availability after your project is completed. Any ongoing platform subscription costs are your responsibility.

Discovery calls and communication

All communication and project management takes place online through The Studio Desk. There are no included discovery calls, video meetings, or phone consultations as part of the web design package.

Intellectual property

All copy, design, imagery, and code on this site belongs to Sunday Ambience Studio unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a product does not transfer any underlying design rights — those remain with us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sunday Ambience Studio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party links

Any links to partner stores or external sites are there for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or how they operate once you leave our site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after any changes are made means you're happy with the updated version.
