Bleed and safe zone

Extend background colour 3mm past the trim line (bleed). Keep text and logos inside the safe zone — typically 5mm from trim — so nothing gets clipped.

Resolution

Raster images at 300dpi at final size. Logos as vector when possible.

Colour

RGB for screen proofing; trust the printer’s CMYK conversion for physical output unless you have brand-critical spot colours.

Proof on paper
