Show it at its best before it sells
The moment your house goes on the market it stops being your home for a while. It becomes a set of photographs on a listing, and then a stranger walking through and making their mind up within seconds.
Create Your Ambience
Concept visual
This is about getting that first impression right, worked from your photographs rather than a visit. What to take out, what to bring forward, where the light should fall for the photography, and which room needs a clear purpose rather than being the one full of boxes.
You get a plan for each room, using what you already own wherever it will do, and a short list of what is genuinely worth borrowing or buying for the few weeks it matters. All in writing, so you can work through it in your own time before the photographer arrives.
Good for
- A home about to be photographed for a listing
- A flat that has sat on the market longer than it should
- A let you want to fill quickly and well
How it works
A reading, not a rebuild.
Share the space
Photographs of each room, or a slow walk-through video, and roughly when it goes on the market. About 20 minutes, whenever suits you.
Get the plan
Within a week, a room-by-room plan in : what to take out, what to bring forward, and how each space should read in the photographs and to a viewer.
Style and list it
A short list of what is worth borrowing or buying for the few weeks it matters, and what to do before the photographer comes. No planting and no long build, because the clock is the point.
Everything happens in writing, through , wherever you are in the UK. No calls to join and no meetings to arrange. Three rounds of changes are included, and every enquiry, concept and list comes from me, personally.

Tell Rachel about your space.
Send some photos or a video and she will reply within a working day. An enquiry is simply a chance to see if you and Rachel are a good fit to work together.
