Proposals and quotes

All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless specified.

Project agreements

Website design projects are governed by a separate project agreement which outlines scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. This agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

Payment terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typical structure:

• Deposit (non-refundable) to secure project dates
• Milestone payments during the project
• Final payment before launch

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing content, images, and materials by agreed deadlines
• Timely feedback during review periods
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• Domain registration and hosting fees (where applicable)

Revisions and changes

The number of revision rounds is specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees, which will be quoted before proceeding.

Project delays

If a project is delayed due to client-side factors (late content, missed feedback deadlines), we reserve the right to reschedule the project and adjust timelines accordingly.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced at our standard rates.

Digital Products

Licence

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. This licence is:

• Non-exclusive — we may sell the same product to others
• Non-transferable — you may not resell or share the product
• Perpetual — the licence does not expire

Permitted uses

• Use for your own business or personal projects
• Modify and customise for your needs
• Use in client work (where specified in product description)

Prohibited uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the product files
• Using in a competing product for sale
• Claiming the design as your own original work
• Removing or altering any copyright notices

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the delivery email within 15 minutes.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the product as intended, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by downloading the product, you acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once the download begins.

Intellectual Property

Client projects

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of their custom website design and code. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Digital products

Digital products remain our intellectual property. Your purchase grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Ambience Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
